One bedroom = $99
Two bedrooms = $149
Three bedrooms = $199
Four bedrooms = $249
Whole House (sleeps up to 20 guests) = $349
There is also a full kitchen and BBQ grill available for use.
House and “Man Cave” Rules:
- No smoking indoors
- No Pets
- Please treat this home with respect
- Check-in is anytime after 3 PM
- Check-out is 10 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Moderate Cancellation Policy: For full refund of fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to 3:00 pm on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before 3:00 pm. Cancellation 5 days or less = 50% of fees for the remaining nights will be refunded.
